You can't ban someone who has more power[money] than you. You can only abuse the rights of the smaller, the weaker.

It is not so funny how that works out, isn't it. "blah blah Americans are evil and stupid and selfish and trying to take over the world but we can't reject all those tourist dollars", but tiny countries that don't export movie stars and fat tourists must pay for every mistake they've ever made.
