It's all his Master wears. The trousers are soft, supple leather. The vest and armbands adorned with studs. The flogger...

The boots.

It's an armour. Just like the jacket was. Something to keep the world out, or maybe keep himself in. It makes things safe, even when they're dangerous, even when they're exciting.

Even the flimsy band of leather around his own cock, looks like vulnerability, feels like ownership, it is still an armour. It means he's not naked here, not alone. It was placed on him with loving hands.

Mulder rests his cheek on Krycek's leather boot and closes his eyes.

Mmm, lovely! I loved the series and the characters and Krycek, of course, and one would think that I'd have read some slash fic by now in this fandom, but oddly enough I hadn't. I'm glad this was my first! ^_^ Wooo, never pictured Mulder like this, although it's a very sensual image. I could always seen him bottom when with Krycek.

Oh my. I think I *met* this show through fanfic. It was huge at the time - still is rather big, for a long-dead fandom. *Tons* of Krycek fic. He was named the little black dress of fandom, *all* of fandom. I highly rec you go party with all the great fic from the olden days, and the new stuff. There's some great, much longer than this, Krycek out there.
