more of, its an art site, and i'm sure writers get into the heads of the characters, and the Old Man is familar with computer being a watcher and all and if he had a camera, or, drew possibly, what would he be doing it of- and then see if people would donate to the cause...

well. i guess its like an RP journal. never thought of it that way. but partly i nabbed the name cause it was not taken yet and was thinking maybe fanwriters and people who have access to places around the world would be able to contribute someting that would be sorta.. in his voice. like a challange fic where in he writes a journal about beer, or books that he'd read, and it would have to be carefull cause wouldn't the watchers council keep an eye on their watchers activities -just in case-.

or something to that effect.
i'm wondering how much i thought this through. but it was more of a comunity style of thing. cause i'm not much of an rp person...

First of all, I can completely relate to snagging a name just because no one else has. That's always important :)

Second, most of what you describe sounds like various Methos ljs, which I have to say I'm just more familiar with because - well, lj. Only you want this to be a community effort where everyone drops in and gives their own version of Methos.

Third, I know this isn't waht you had in mind but you made me wonder what kind of art Methos would've painted/done. Hmm.
