I created them immortal, I created them fast-healing, I created them with the best memories available. I put in a clause, the beheading thing, a failsafe mechanism in case they go rogue. I really thought I designed the best game ever. Being a God rocks.

Then they started walking the earth, and I just headdesked. I forgot all about the reproduction thing! What was I thinking?! And then this Game thing. Running around, aiming for the neck; that is not what I had in mind, damnit.

In fiery letters on a giant rock I wrote: next time, get a beta!

*hee hee* but isn't that what MacLeod's are for? Connor - 1.0; Duncan - 2.0; that animated one - 3.0; whoever they invent for the video game - 2.4.6 or something.

What are they for? Beta, or showing TPTB that they didn't quite think this through? ;)

Connor is just there as a market test, a beta, and the movies he's in should be ignored. (Especially #2 - but we can keep most of #1 if we're Clancy Brown fans like I am.) If they go on long enough, they'll fix all of their mistakes, like ST. They'll hit the reset button over and over.
