Title: Perfect In My Eyes
Fandom: Highlander
Pairing: Methos/Kronos
Summary: Touch is so much different than sight
To tame his brother - early on - he impaled him to death on a short blade, and gouged his eyes out, thumbs pushing hard and blood on his hands. The immortal would heal. But until then, he'd be at his brother's mercy, owned and led on a leash and unable to survive on his own. So it shall be done to any who disobeyed their master.
For months after, horrible scars on his face slowly fading, the warrior was confined to his tent, relying on another in everything. It wounded his pride, but it gained him an experience; pure touch, days and nights, hands caressing his arm, his face, lips softer than he'd ever noticed fluttering over his ruined features, gliding slowly down his throat, a tongue on his chest, vivid and warm.... his brother's hair under his hands and the hot white pleasures of his mouth. The darkness made everything brighter.
Grapes tasted sweeter, wine stronger; the smell of blood and fire and metal, like a heady potion for his lust, and then warm, salty skin, against his face, under his own hands, under his own tongue. Love had not diminished with his pain, and the blindness only added spice.
But slowly the light returned, faded spots at first and then shapes becoming visible, and then faces. His brother, his lover, his Death, familiar face, brilliant eyes, dark smile. Kronos loved him with all his heart. And hated him with a seething passion that could not be extinguished.
